THE FOLLOWING REMAINS CONSISTENT WITH OUR CURRENT BUSINESS OPERATIONS

First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Pelletier Ford is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs.

November 6, 2020- Per Governor's order's and the recent record breaking COVID-19 cases in the state, we will now be requiring masks. Social distancing is REQUIRED and we are limiting the amount of people allowed in our showroom at the same time to help support social distancing measures SALES department is OPEN on Saturdays from 8:00AM-12:00PM and waiting areas are OPEN but with LIMITED SEATING.

If you are here for Service or Parts, *the waiting area is OPEN with LIMITED SEATING, social distancing is required.* You may still drop off/pick up your vehicle or pick up your part while practicing social distancing. IF you do not have a ride and your vehicle will be in for a while, we offer pick up/delivery if you are WITHIN FORT KENT TOWN LINES.

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Our steps include:

  • Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily
  • Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
  • Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
  • Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers

We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.
